7. Implementation

In SDLC, implementation refers to post-development process of guiding a client to use the software or hardware that was purchased. This includes Requirements Analysis, Scope Analysis, Customizations, Systems Integrations, User Policies, User Training and Delivery.
Software Implementations involve several professionals like  Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Solution Architect , and Project Managers.

                Analysts in the implementation phase acts as the intermediator between user and developers.
The Implementation Phase includes:
Ø  Hardware and software installation
Ø  User Training
Ø  Documentation

Primary objectives of Implementation phase are to ensure that:
·         Software is installed - The systems are placed and used by actual users.
·         The users are all trained - Training is provided to the users of the system usually through workshops or online
·         The business is benefiting
